Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customized or used products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery), customers must provide bank details for a refund transfer.

Replacements

  • If you receive a defective product, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).

  • If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
