Returns
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, reported within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customized or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
In cases of COD (Cash on Delivery), customers must provide bank details for a refund transfer.
Replacements
If you receive a defective product, we will offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability).
If unavailable, a full refund will be processed.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
